Our History

We are a meat slaughter and processing facility.

We slaughter and process beef, hogs, sheep, and goats. We offer local beef for sale by the quarter, half or whole, and hogs by the half or whole. We also offer fresh frozen beef cuts, ground beef, pork cuts, sausages, smoked sausages, brats, and specialty products.

We also do deer and elk processing with a full range of specialty products.

All of our meats are processed with original recipes; nothing is pre-packaged.

Let us go forward in this battle fortified by conviction that those who labour in the service of a great and good cause will never fail.

Slaughter Day is Wednesday

Drop off hours are

Tuesday evening 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm or
Wednesday morning 7:00 am – 9:00 am

Pick up hours

For weekend deer drop-offs we will call you Monday morning. Weekday drop-offs will receive a call the next day.
