Tuesday morning 6:30 am – 7:30 am

Friday morning, 6:30 am – 7:30 am

Pick up hours for processed meat

Monday thru Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 pm


We are a meat slaughter and processing facility.

We slaughter and process beef, hogs and wild game. We offer local beef for sale by the quarter, half or whole, and hogs by the half or whole. We also offer fresh frozen beef cuts, ground beef, pork cuts, sausages, smoked sausages, brats, and specialty products.

We also do deer and elk processing with a full range of specialty products.

All of our meats are processed with original recipes; nothing is pre-packaged.
